MHS Arts & Culture

CADENZA TIMARU, Aug 2025

Suono Bellissimo, the MHS auditioned choir was selected to be part of Cadenza in Timaru on 15-16 August 2025.

The two day event involved 12 choirs from the South Island Big Sing regional events.

A highlight was for the choir to perform in the Sacred Heart Basilica (pictured left).

Playhouse Concert

The yearly Playhouse concert is a fabulous event and we are very fortunate to have to the venue in this area. It is an opportunity for students to perform in a professional venue and for friends and family to be impressed with the development and progress students have made. It is also particularly useful as a venue for Solo and Group performances for NCEA.
