Year 9 Dance option
You will explore stage dance including some ballet basics, Jazz, and Contemporary techniques. In a group, you will develop an understanding of the building blocks of creating a dance and choreography. You will learn to participate and collaborate in groups and gain confidence performing. We will explore: Creating a dance film, choreographing a dance based on our stories, performing as part of a class dance in a chosen style and genre study
