Nau Mai, Haere Mai. A warmest welcome to Motueka High School
Motueka High School sits at the heart of the Motueka community and is a vibrant and lively school. With a roll of over 740 students and growing, students at Motueka High School enjoy diverse programmes full of opportunities both within and outside the classroom. We are very proud of outstanding and sustained student achievements in academic, cultural, sporting, outdoor education and leadership areas and know that our school has much to offer.
Each year we have a New Whānau BBQ and in 2026 it is on Thursday 19 February. This is a chance to meet teachers in an informal setting and enjoy some kai on us (sausages supplied, byo drinks). Please join us from 5.30pm to 7pm in the area by the tuckshop.
Everyone is invited to our annual "House Sports Day" to be held on Thursday 12 March. Students should dress in their House colours with a grand parade about 9am that is not to be missed!
