MAINTENANCE/CARETAKER

A permanent full-time position has become available in our property team. The hours are 8am-4pm (includes a 30 min paid lunch break), 52 weeks per year. The hourly rate will between $25-$28 per hour, based on experience.

We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, strong organisational and communication skills, and have knowledge to do minor repairs as required and maintain the school buildings. Health and Safety issues would take priority.

Key responsibilities would be ensuring heating, lighting and safety systems are operational, managing contractor visits and general day to day maintenance. Experience in this role would be advantageous.
